November was a record-breaking month for production! We funded 384 files, for a total of $175,303,482 in volume. This is definitely not a typical winter market.
From Rookies To Rockstars: Blazing the Path toThe Billion Dollar Club
I recently decided to run the stats on the number of files and volume of mortgages produced by our Rookies and Grads of our Rookie to Rockstar Program.
The total number of files funded was 2,325, for a combined volume of $920,010,020. Based on our current run rate, I predict it will be $1 billion by June of 2025.
While those figures are impressive and speak to the dedication of our coaches, the scalability of our plan, and the incredible talent we’ve attracted, the real story is about how many lives have changed for the better.
One graduate’s wife was able to retire from a job she no longer enjoyed, giving her more time with their young children.
Another graduate hired her sister, creating a brand-new opportunity for someone she loves.
Yet another graduate found financial stability and independence after going through a painful separation.
